Welcome to LearnPunch.com(the "Platform"). By creating an account or subscribing to our modular programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Platform Ownership & Operation

LearnPunch.com is owned, maintained, and operated globally by M M Info Care. All services, billing cycles, support tickets, and intellectual properties belong exclusively to M M Info Care.

2. User Accounts & Registration

To access our modular curriculum and dashboard completions, you must register a valid account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials (such as your Firebase Authentication details). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration details. M M Info Care reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our code of conduct.

3. Code of Conduct & Platform Limits

As a user of LearnPunch, you agree to respect our strict platform boundaries. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using AI prompt generators or platform content for unauthorized commercial exploitation or building duplicate products.
• Scraping static JSON curriculum arrays for unauthorized reselling or distribution.
• Disrupting our low-cost serverless infrastructure through automated attacks.

4. Subscription Billing & Paddle Operations

All paid tiers (Starter Plan at $19/month or $149/year, and Pro Plan at $49/month or $399/year) are processed securely through our merchant of record, Paddle.

By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your designated credit card on a recurring basis. You can manage, upgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time with a single click inside your dashboard settings. Prorated billing calculations are adjusted automatically by Paddle.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

All educational masterclasses, prompt systems, and language models are built for general knowledge learning. M M Info Care does not provide clinical medical diagnosis, legal contracts, or commercial investment advising. Your use of platform content is at your own risk.
